Nitrogen Purging Service - Daily Rate

Includes qualified personnel and equipment to purge designated fuel or process piping with nitrogen in preparation for hot work activities. The service includes the controlled introduction of nitrogen into the piping system to displace residual fuel vapors, oxygen, and other potentially hazardous gases prior to welding, cutting, grinding, or other ignition-producing work. The purge team will establish the purge configuration, connect nitrogen supply equipment, install required hoses, regulators, and temporary fittings, regulate nitrogen pressure and flow, and monitor the purge throughout the work activity. Purging will continue as necessary to maintain acceptable atmospheric conditions within the piping system.
