Blackmer GNX4 Pump Skid Replacement & Installation

This service includes the removal and replacement of a complete Blackmer GNX4 pump skid assembly, furnished as a factory-configured skid consisting of:

• Blackmer GNX4 positive displacement pump (right-hand rotation standard)
• Electric motor Marathon Model: 215TTGCD6528
• Gear reducer / gearbox
• Bent steel baseplate with factory anchor-bolt locations

The GNX4 pump features special Blackmer inlet and discharge flanges and is designed for fuel transfer applications requiring reliable flow and durability

Scope of Work Includes:

• Remove and dispose of the existing pump skid
• Cut existing concrete as required to prepare for grouting
• Set new Blackmer GNX4 pump skid in place
• Level, align, and secure skid per manufacturer tolerances
• Grout pump baseplate to provide full structural support
• Verify motor rotation
• Perform operational flow test to confirm proper performance
